No charges are currently levied for withdrawing money via Moneybookers.
Withdrawals are generally refunded against original deposits using Moneybookers. Dream Bingo may choose to honour withdrawals in the form of direct bank transfers (ACH) or as a check.
Winnings up to the value of your Moneybookers deposits will be credited to your Moneybookers account. Further winnings will be paid out to you by check or bank transfer, depending on your preference.
